Dr Adelaja

Ibironke Adelaja, MD, FACS

Dr. Ibironke Adelaja is an experienced and compassionate fellowship trained and board-certified Breast Surgeon serving the patients and families of the CA Central Valley.  Dr. Adelaja joined Central Valley Breast Care (CVBC) in June 2020 and with a vast knowledge of the needs of all patients (men and women), Dr. Ibironke Adelaja provides leading-edge treatments and techniques for both benign and malignant breast disease.

Dr. Adelaja has been an active as a member of the Fresno community since 2011 and has been recognized for her contributions in medicine and the service of others.

In 2011, Dr. Adelaja received the Surgery Excellence Award at UCSF Fresno. In 2014, she accepted the Gallo Research Award for Scientific Excellence from the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She also serves as an active member of numerous professional societies, including the American College of Surgeons, the National Medical Association, the Association of Women Surgeons, the Fresno Madera Medical Society, the Christian Medical and Dental Association, and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.

Tony Chang, MD

Dr. Tony Chang is a highly experienced and compassionate surgeon specializing in breast cancer surgery. He has dedicated his entire career to serving breast cancer patients in California's Central Valley, holding various leadership roles, including Chief of Surgery, Breast Cancer Program Director (NAPBC), Chair of the Breast Tumor Board, Regional Breast Lead, and Surgery Representative for the Committee on Cancer.

Dr. Chang’s comprehensive practice encompasses coordinating breast cancer care across multiple medical specialties, including surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, and radiology. He also collaborates with mental health professionals, cancer survivorship, nursing, social work, nutrition, and community outreach teams to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, he has served as a Preceptor for UC Davis Reach PRIME Medical School and as a Clinical Surgery Instructor at the Fresno VA Medical Center.

Dr. Chang is an active member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the American Board of Surgery, and the American Medical Association.

Leslie King, NP- Breast Surgical Oncology

Leslie King, our Nurse Practitioner specializing in Breast Surgical Oncology at Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care. She brings over a decade of diverse experience from Kansas, Georgia, and Missouri to our team. Her expertise spans breast surgical oncology, women's health, and comprehensive care management, including palliative care.

Leslie is particularly focused on benign breast conditions, post-operative care, and supporting those at high risk for breast cancer or navigating recovery. Her vast background enriches our exceptional patient care, staff support, and team collaboration.

Brittany Daddino, NP – Oncology Survivorship

Brittany Daddino is our Nurse Practitioner specializing in Oncology Survivorship at Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care. She brings over 7 years of experience in Oncology Survivorship and over 11 years of local experience in Oncology to our cancer center. She joined our breast surgical oncologists and team to support them in providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Brittany’s focus at Central Valley Breast Care is on survivorship care, ensuring our patients and survivors receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey. Brittany’s local roots and passion for survivorship care highlight her commitment to our community.

Jasmine Seeger, PT, DPT, CLT

Jasmine Seeger, Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, brings her proven track record of delivering exceptional oncology rehabilitation care to Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care.

Returning to her Central Valley roots, Jasmine is poised to lead an innovative Lymphedema Therapy and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation program, leveraging her extensive experience and her unwavering passion for cancer patients, empowering patient recovery.

CVBC Multi-Disciplinary Breast Conference

Dr. Adelaja leads the CVBC Multi-Disciplinary Breast Conference which brings together a team of leading breast cancer specialists in the Central Valley. This collaborative and comprehensive approach ensures the highest quality care is provided every patient by combining input from all experts in breast cancer; including Medical Oncology; Radiation Oncology; Diagnostic Radiology; Genetic Counseling; and Nurse Navigation. By focusing on each patient as an individual and whole person, Dr. Adelaja provides attentive and personal care to every patient ensuring they receive the right care at the right time from diagnosis to survivorship.
