Dortha Chu, MD, FACS
Dr. Dortha Chu is a board-certified breast surgical oncologist known for her compassionate, patient-first approach. She specializes in minimally invasive, hidden scar, and oncoplastic techniques.
Over her career, Dr. Chu has held numerous leadership roles, including Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Breast Surgery at City of Hope and Vice Chair of Surgery at Mercy Merced Community Hospital. Her dual MD/PhD background in biomedical sciences (emphasis: immunology) enhances her personalized treatment planning, ensuring the best possible care for her patients. Dr. Chu is a strong advocate for early screening and proper education on the possibilities that lie within one’s genetic makeup.
In addition to performing surgeries, Dr. Chu keeps track of recovering cancer patients' progress through survivorship. She offers support and direction to newly diagnosed patients, guiding them through their treatment choices while taking into account each person’s distinct needs and preferences. She collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, plastic/reconstructive surgeons, and other local healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and seamless care experience.
Dr. Chu has also built a legacy of hope and healing through her volunteer efforts with various non-profit organizations, working hard to move the fight against cancer forward. Dr. Chu has received numerous recognitions, including City of Hope’s 5-Star Patient Experience Award, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Tony Chang is a highly experienced and compassionate surgeon specializing in breast cancer surgery. He has dedicated his entire career to serving breast cancer patients in California's Central Valley, holding various leadership roles, including Chief of Surgery, Breast Cancer Program Director (NAPBC), Chair of the Breast Tumor Board, Regional Breast Lead, and Surgery Representative for the Committee on Cancer.
Dr. Chang’s comprehensive practice encompasses coordinating breast cancer care across multiple medical specialties, including surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, and radiology. He also collaborates with mental health professionals, cancer survivorship, nursing, social work, nutrition, and community outreach teams to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, he has served as a Preceptor for UC Davis Reach PRIME Medical School and as a Clinical Surgery Instructor at the Fresno VA Medical Center.

Leslie King, NP- Breast Surgical Oncology
Leslie King, our Nurse Practitioner specializing in Breast Surgical Oncology at Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care. She brings over a decade of diverse experience from Kansas, Georgia, and Missouri to our team. Her expertise spans breast surgical oncology, women's health, and comprehensive care management, including palliative care.
Leslie is particularly focused on benign breast conditions, post-operative care, and supporting those at high risk for breast cancer or navigating recovery. Her vast background enriches our exceptional patient care, staff support, and team collaboration.
Brittany Daddino, NP – Oncology Survivorship
Brittany Daddino is our Nurse Practitioner specializing in Oncology Survivorship at Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care. She brings over 7 years of experience in Oncology Survivorship and over 11 years of local experience in Oncology to our cancer center. She joined our breast surgical oncologists and team to support them in providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
Brittany’s focus at Central Valley Breast Care is on survivorship care, ensuring our patients and survivors receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey. Brittany’s local roots and passion for survivorship care highlight her commitment to our community.
Jasmine Seeger, PT, DPT, CLT
Jasmine Seeger, Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, brings her proven track record of delivering exceptional oncology rehabilitation care to Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care.
Returning to her Central Valley roots, Jasmine is poised to lead an innovative Lymphedema Therapy and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation program, leveraging her extensive experience and her unwavering passion for cancer patients, empowering patient recovery.
